Set up once, hand over the bill
You add the client's domain, configure the banner, and paste one tag into their site. When it is ready, you hand billing to the client, who pays for their own domain directly. Compliant for every client

Honest about the limits
Consentfolio does one job well, so it is worth saying what it does not do. It does not scan a client's site for cookies automatically, so you declare cookies from templates. It serves a single banner language at present. It is not a Google-certified CMP, so a client running AdSense or Ad Manager needs a certified tool. If those matter for a particular client, say so up front.
